微波场中铌氧化物的结构稳定性研究 五氧化二铌通常Nb2O5以晶态形式存在。无定型Nb2O5在400-500℃转变为γ(T)相,在约1000℃时转变为β(M)相,到1100℃以上则变为δ(H)相。 五氧化二铌在工业上应用十分广泛,如抗腐蚀,电子工业,声学以及光电学,环境保护,催化应用等。在这些方面,无定型五氧化二铌作为催化材料以及铌化合物的前驱物具有更大的竞争力和优势。利用温和条件下实现晶态与非晶态五氧化二铌的转化,具有环保节能等意义。 |

The research of structural stability of Niobium oxide in the microwave field The Niobium oxide exists mainly in crystalline form. The amorphous Niobium Oxide can be transferred to γ (T) phase at 400-500℃, to β(M)phase at 1000℃, and to δ(H)phase above 1100℃. The Niobium oxide is widely used in industry, such as the corrosion-resistant, the electronics industry, acoustic and photoelectricity, environmental protection, catalytic applications and etc. It has tremendous competition and advantages to apply the Niobium oxide as catalyst and precursor of niobium compounds.
