In this paper, the carbon dots fluorescence probe and graphene oxide fluorescence probe were analyzed in terms of the fluorescence detection characteristics and the amplification characteristic of detected signals. In addition, this paper discussed amplification mechanism of detected signals, explored the amplification method of effective signal, indicated the role of selective control of different functional groups in increasing detection sensitivity and selectivity, which provide theoretical basis for designing and synthesizing fluorescence probe with signal amplification function. |
