On this basis, it established a new synthetic and preparation method for carbon fluorescent probes which possesses advantages including high sensitivity, good selectivity, low prices and pollution free.

研究碳量子点荧光探针 和氧化石墨烯荧光探针 的荧光检测 和检测信号放大 特性,探讨 检测信号放大机理,摸索 有效的信号 放大方法,揭示 不同功能基团的 选择调控 对提高 检测灵敏度和选择性的作用,并以此 为设计合成 具有信号放大功能的 荧光探针 提供理论基础。
In this paper, the carbon dots fluorescence probe and graphene oxide fluorescence probe were analyzed in terms of the fluorescence detection characteristics and the amplification characteristic of detected signals. In addition, this paper discussed amplification mechanism of detected signals, explored the amplification method of effective signal, indicated the role of selective control of different functional groups in increasing detection sensitivity and selectivity, which provide theoretical basis for designing and synthesizing fluorescence probe with signal amplification function.
