Effectively detection the target substance is an important issue of common concern by analyst. Currently, in the detection process for the target substance, the existing fluorescent probes have some shortcomings. For example, they are not high sensitivity, selectivity, expensive, polluting the environment and other shortcomings. To effectively detect a target substance is an important topic of common concern by many analysts. Quantum dots, the existing fluorescent probes in use have some shortcomings, such as moderate sensitivity, poor selectivity, high cost, the use of heavy metals that may cause environmental concerns. It is therefore desirable to explore alternative substitutes through surface manipulation of its own functional groups or modification with supramolecular compounds using carbon quantum dots and graphene oxide materials as the bulk materials.

To detect the target substance effectively is an important project for analytical researcheres. Due to the current fluorescent probes of low sensitivity and selectivity, high cost, and polluting the environment  in the detection process for the target substance, it is advisable to use carbon quantum dots and graphene oxide materials as subjects for the surface modification of functional groups or modified supramolecular compounds.
如果是发SCI paper 尽量简洁,有层次。。。这是基于你中文意思做的调整
