只要说清楚问题，没有语法错误就好，没有绝对的更好或更差。语言的灵活性就在于此。 可以倒过来说： The material of the surface layer flows from the peaks to the valleys when the applied load exceeds the yield strength of the material. 或者： The material of the surface layer will flow from the peaks to the valleys if the applied load exceeds the yield strength of the material.
