我最近投稿SCI杂志，二审过后只提了语言需要修改，我修改后提交，
论文状态一直显示under review，结果一个多月过后，编辑来信说
论文没有提交成功，原因是字数超过规定了。具体原话是
Please note that all text (including references, appendices, and space used by equations)
should be included when calculating the number of words in the manuscript.
想问大家，这个字数算不算公式？数学公式怎么算字数？
