[求助] 如何理解“the identification number for the β-Galactosidase gene” 已有3人参与

近日，小弟投稿Food Science and Biotechnology，审稿人有一条意见：2. Although the expression vector of pJS700a is one of the most important tool in this work, however, there is no information about its details and any references. Also, the identification number for the β-Galactosidase gene should be given in a revision.
