| The potassium brine was formulated by appropriate proportion of extracted complete liquid of natronitrite ore, potassium chloride and crystallization residue solution. And then the potassium brine was made into high purity raw nitrate products through undergoing successive processes of four-effect evaporation,settling separation, dilution by adding water, cooling crystallization under 30℃, filtering separation and elution, which can thus meet the production requirements of industrial grade potassium nitrate. |

“钠硝石矿浸取完成液与氯化钾、结晶母液采用合适配比配钾兑卤，经四效蒸发、沉降分离、加水调浆稀释、30℃下冷却结晶、过滤分离、淋洗工段后得纯度较高的硝酸钾粗产品，所得结晶母液和滤液输送去兑卤循环。所得硝酸钾粗产品满足生产工业级硝酸钾需求." The finished extract from soda-niter is charged with potassium chloride at proper ratios which results in a crystallization broth. After several steps including evaporation, separation by precipitation, add water to prepare a paste, then cold to 30℃ to allow crystallization to occur, separation by filtration, and final rinse to obtain crude potassium nitrate with decent purity, the broth and filtrate by-products are recycled back to the crystallization broth. The resulted crude potassium nitrate product can satisfy the need for industrial grade potassium nitrate. |
