| The potassium brine was formulated by appropriate proportion of extracted complete liquid of natronitrite ore, potassium chloride and crystallization residue solution. “钠硝石矿浸取完成液与氯化钾、结晶母液采用合适配比配钾兑卤，经四效蒸发、沉降分离、加水调浆稀释、30℃下冷却结晶、过滤分离、淋洗工段后得纯度较高的硝酸钾粗产品，所得结晶母液和滤液输送去兑卤循环。所得硝酸钾粗产品满足生产工业级硝酸钾需求." The finished extract from soda-niter is charged with potassium chloride at proper ratios which results in a crystallization broth. After several steps including evaporation, separation by precipitation, add water to prepare a paste, then cold to 30℃ to allow crystallization to occur, separation by filtration, and final rinse to obtain crude potassium nitrate with decent purity, the broth and filtrate by-products are recycled back to the crystallization broth. The resulted crude potassium nitrate product can satisfy the need for industrial grade potassium nitrate. |
