荷兰AIO博士合同问题 已有1人参与

收到的合同只签一年先，两个月试用期，学校可以节约。六月后有一个评估，过了延长到四年。 请问前辈，这样的合同是正常的吗？试用期和评估通不过的可能性大吗？会不会有几个人同时竞争一个岗位， 到期淘汰一些的那种可能？谢谢 提前祝春节快乐。 |

谢谢回复. 还没有拿到最终版本合同,但给了个预合同,上面是这样写的: Once the temporary entry permit (MVV) has been granted, you will be appointed for the period of 16 March 2015 until 16 March 2016. The first two months of your appointment will be a probation period. This means that both you and the University of Groningen have the right to end the appointment with immediate effect, without regard to the applicable regulations for termination of appointments. 之前人事在邮件通知时也这样提到过: Appointment You will be appointed as a PhD from 16 March 2015 till 16 March 2016, with a probation period of two months. After 9 months a Result and Development interview will take place to decide if the appointment will be continued for another 3 years to complete the intended PhD program. 我也是现在才注意为什么预合同上只提一年,不提延长到四年的事. 因为这个过程也等了三个多月,总感觉有哪里不对劲阿 |
