求助给位前辈，看看我的文章接收的可能性

I am pleased to tell you that the work is of interest, but significant modifications are required in order to address the referees' comments, which are included below and in the attached file. In addition to the referees comments, I note that the list of references is far too short for a scholarly research article. Please ensure that you have referred to all relevant prior research before submitting a revised manuscript. 两个审稿人，一个审稿人意见很好，但是另一个人给的意见很不好，有点默拒的意思，他应该没太仔细看或者没看懂，说我没考虑什么什么，其实我是有的，估计他就因为这一点就说我文章不正确并且深度不够，当然也就没有什么修改意见了。 最后的状态是return for major rewriting。所以想请问各位前辈，因为这样的话comments就比较少，这种情况下怎么修改，接受的可能性大么？谢谢~在线等~~ |

谢谢前辈，下面是第二个人的审稿意见 The standard of written English is rather poor. There is insufficient depth to this paper and it is confined to rather simple analysis for the bending deformation of a beam. I would expect to see at least a Finite Element simulation to confirm whether the elastic-plastic analysis for the beam deformation is adequate. I also believe their analysis is incorrect. For example, if Figure 1 is a free body diagram of the forces applied during laser peening where are the reaction forces? 真是相当的差啊，是因为我英语写的很差导致他看不懂？说我的分析错误，没考虑reaction forcess明显就是没看懂或者没看完。。。这是不是导致他这么差评价的原因啊？我总感觉我修改了这人也不会满意。。。sigh！ |
