过渡层 过渡层的作用主要为降低涂层与基体或者涂层内部各结构之间的热膨胀系数的不匹配，同时阻止密封层与基体材料的化学反应，从而达到提高界面物理化学相容性的目的。由线膨胀系数不匹配而造成的裂纹是影响涂层抗氧化效果的另一重要因素，在高速气流冲刷的条件下，这些裂纹不仅提供了氧渗透的快速通道，而且是造成涂层的根源。因此必须先用线膨胀系数与基体尽可能接近的材料在基体表面生成过渡层，通常是采用化学气相沉积反应法在基体表面生成Si3N4和SiC层 不再求助，感觉还是自己翻译的合适 [ Last edited by wuheng on 2008-6-13 at 20:40 ] |

transition layer The primary purpose of transition layer is to reduce the dismatch of coefficient of heat expansion betwen coating and substrate or different compositions of substrate.To prevent the chemical reaction betwen sealing coating and substrate at the same time,thus to improve the physical chemistry compatibility. Another key factor which influence the coating oxidation resistance is the crackle due to mismatch of linear expansibility ，washed by high airspeed，those crackle not only provide the fast track for oxygen infiltrate，but also be the source to form the coating.Therefor we must form transition layer by the material with its linear expansibility as close as possible first，usually prepare Si3N4 and SiC layer by means of CVD at substrate surface. |
