| In my opinion, the situation that we find ourself empty and lost usually happends when we are sitting around. So we should fill ourself with some meaningful things. As for me, I might do some sports such as swimming or running, which can make me refreshed and efficient. Then I will bury myself in my study. also you can turn to your friends for help. while, i'm not completely approve this approach---It is always you that can find your own direction. |
