I just reading more and working hard.Beaucse we ofen thinking too much about what you want and do little to fight for iit .Maybe you will sad or drinking more sometimes .But you must stop do it and working hard .You will find your goals finally.

In my opinion, the situation that we find ourself empty and lost usually happends when we are sitting around. So we should fill ourself with some meaningful things. As for me, I might do some sports such as swimming or running, which can make me refreshed and efficient. Then I will bury myself in my study. also you can turn to your friends for help. while, i'm not completely approve this approach---It is always you that can find your own direction.

I always empty myself first, then I will  try to go back to myself as I can not be easily changed. Usually,I think travelling alone or do some exercise can play a role.

I agree with you. Reading more, sometimes, do help me clam down. I think empty ourself and take a big break is other option for us to find passion back.
