求教关于JPCC投稿后分配编辑的问题

3天前投到JPC，选的C。 投过几十分钟后，收到编辑询问是否有过投稿经历的邮件，并且让我把decision letter给他发过去 我照做以后问题来了。老板邮箱进不去了，用的是gmail，需要验证，但问了管理邮箱的老师均不知道如何验证。 实在没办法就用自己的邮箱给编辑又回了封信说添加老板的另一个邮箱为通讯邮箱 从此之后就没消息了。。。直到现在也没有收到分配编辑的邮件，也没有收到通知所有作者投稿成功的邮件。 状态就一直是submitted to the editoral office，也没有网上所说的编辑姓名 请问这是咋回事？这是进入初审的状态吗？ 有没有人碰到过这种情况？正常吗？ |
