[交流] [Discussion]How to fill our life with happiness?

Three people are talking about how to fill their life with happiness.
A said,"It is the effort we make today that can guarantee our happiness tomorrow.So if we want to live a happy life,we must work hard now and accept the pain."
B said,"When we keep persuing the happiness tomorrow,we lose the happiness we have today.Happiness is something to be accumulated rather than to be stored.So we must live every day with joy."
C said,"The opinions you hold are all reasonable.I think it is better to combine effort with joy."
In our life,A's words might be heard from some teachers;B's words might be heard from some kids;C's word may seem like the best,but is the most difficult one to be put into practice,and may be heard from parents.We may also hear people say such words in other situations.
What's your opinion?Please make some comment about the three ideas,or give some advice on how to turn what C said into reality.

In my opinion, I think the happy life is using your heart to live. When you are always ordered by someone, I think you will be unhappy even have the sweet in your mouth. However, you will be glad even you are exhasusted by something, because you enjoy what you do. So, the happy life is not the specific thing, it is about whether you really do it by your heart. Happiness is precious but also easy. May you have a good life. Thank you!
