[交流] [Discussion]How to fill our life with happiness?

Three people are talking about how to fill their life with happiness.
A said,"It is the effort we make today that can guarantee our happiness tomorrow.So if we want to live a happy life,we must work hard now and accept the pain."
B said,"When we keep persuing the happiness tomorrow,we lose the happiness we have today.Happiness is something to be accumulated rather than to be stored.So we must live every day with joy."
C said,"The opinions you hold are all reasonable.I think it is better to combine effort with joy."
In our life,A's words might be heard from some teachers;B's words might be heard from some kids;C's word may seem like the best,but is the most difficult one to be put into practice,and may be heard from parents.We may also hear people say such words in other situations.
What's your opinion?Please make some comment about the three ideas,or give some advice on how to turn what C said into reality.

happiness maybe is the more wonderful thing in our life . no matter who you are ,you hope you will happy all the time . but sometime life just like a bad guy and making a joke with you .you even do not have enough time to face it . maybe you will settle dowm and sadness. i think keeping away from sadness is more easy to get happiness.
