呼叫刚刚看到，最近没来。好在有人应助了。

Grain growth process will be influenced if there exist stable and dispersed second phase particles in materials such as oxide particles or carbide particles which are not easy to decompose or refractory at high temperature.

1、there exists要换成there exist，后面的实际主语（ stable and dispersed second phase particles）是复数。
2、refractory at是否要用refractory to?
