应用样品的前处理新技术SPE结合GC/MS的系统分析方法,建立了农药的多残留分析方法。利用不同极性的固相萃取小柱,同时提取净化生物样品血液中10种农药和鼠药,并利用GC/MS监测分析将保留时间、特征离子和谱库检索相结合进行多指标检测。提取过程中充分考虑了固相萃取的可能影响因素,对SPE萃取条件进行优化,选择出了样品提取的最优方案。利用三种不同极性的SPE小柱提取净化效果比较得知,HLB柱的萃取效果最佳;从氯仿、苯、乙酸乙酯及氯仿:异丙醇(9:1)不同的洗脱剂种类比选后得知,洗脱剂为氯仿,洗脱剂的用量定位3mL。加入2mL磷酸盐缓冲液时效果最佳。结果表明该方法系统性好,操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度、准确度和精密度。添加回收率在72.6%~112%之间,变异系数均小于 ,完全符合农药残留提取方法要求。
