apj的审稿流程出问题了？？求助解答

1月8号回复了初稿的referee report。1月12号接到了scientific editor的邮件如下： Dear Prof. Jin, Thank you for your revised version of the above manuscript. I believe it is nearly ready for publication, but a computerized check for plagiarism shows that there are ~1000 words that are reproduced from your earlier paper: Jin, Liping, and Min Li. "DIVERSITY OF EXTRASOLAR PLANETS AND DIVERSITY OF MOLECULAR CLOUD CORES. I. SEMIMAJOR AXES", The Astrophysical Journal, 2014. This is not permitted. I thus invite the submission of a third version that removes this plagiarized text, and I will quickly Accept it for submission. Please place changes in bold face.
