[求助] 水热法制备的的纳米微粒表面是裸露的吗？已有3人参与

1.如题，通过水热法制备的纳米微粒（如CdS，ZnO等）表面是否存在稳定剂或包覆剂？或者是否存在官能团？还是裸露的呢？如果是裸露的，那如何保证其在溶剂中的稳定性呢？
2. 水热法制备纳米微粒有什么优势和缺点？

附文献中水热法制备CdS纳米线的过程：
cadmium nitrate (1.9 g) and thiourea (1.42 g) were added into a teﬂ on
stainless steel autoclave that had been ﬁ lled with ethylenediamine to
60% of its capacity (50 mL). The autoclave was maintained at 180 °C for
48 h and allowed to cool down to room temperature. A yellow precipitate
(CdS nanowires) was ﬁ ltered and washed several times with absolute
ethanol and deionized water to remove the residue of organic solvent.
