熔盐法合成碳化铬的研究(一) 摘 要：熔盐合成法是一种新颖的无机材料粉体合成方法。该法采用一种或数种低熔点的盐类熔体作为反应介质，利用反应物在熔融盐中溶解，可使反应物在熔盐中充分接触，从而可降低反应温度、提高反应速度。碳化铬(Cr3C2)是一种在高温环境下具有良好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性的高熔点(2143 K)无机材料，属一种金属陶瓷，因其特殊的高温性能，被大量用作焊接材料添加剂、金属表面保护工艺的热喷涂材料和硬质合金行业的添加剂等。本文以氧化铬和碳黑为原料采用熔盐合成法制取碳化铬粉末。试验结果表明，1200℃×5h（盐料比为2︰1时）和1250℃×3h（盐料比为4︰1时）是合成碳化铬的最佳工艺参数。 关键词：碳化铬；熔盐合成法；熔盐法；MSS |

The research of molten Salt Synthesis of Chromium Carbide (一) Abstract: The molten salt synthesis is a novel synthetic method to Synthesize inorganic material powders .The method adopts one or more of the low melting point of the salt melt as a reaction medium, utilizes the dissolved reaction in molten salt to implement the reaction of molten salt in full access, in order to achieve lower temperature and improve reaction speed . (Cr3C2), belonging to cermet , is a high melting temperature (2143 K) of inorganic material with good wear and corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation . Chromium Carbide is used in a great quantity as additives for welding additives, cemented carbide industry , and metal surface protection of the thermal spraying materials, because of special properties of high temperature. In this article , chrome oxide powder and Carbon Black were used as the main raw material to Synthesize chromium carbide ,using the method of the molten salt synthesis .The experimental results show that the optimum technological parameters of synthesizing chromium carbide are , 1200℃×5h (under the MSS of 2︰1) and 1250℃×3h (under the MSS of 4︰1) Key words: chromium carbide; molten salt synthesis; MSS |
