原文:防毒面具、防毒衣、防毒手套、防毒靴套等隔绝式个体防护装备的主要弹性体材料是丁基类橡胶,丁基类橡胶分子结构中密集的侧甲基可以有效限制化学毒剂的热运动。但是,密集侧甲基所产生的较大内摩擦损耗将造成材料的回弹性能偏低,继而给隔绝式个体防护装备带来不利影响。采用NR、Q、EPDM、BR等内摩擦较小的胶种与丁基类橡胶共混可以提高材料的回弹性能,但同时也会牺牲部分阻隔性能。鉴于阻隔性能与化学毒剂在橡胶内部的扩散行为密切相关,因此,项目拟开展化学毒剂在丁基类橡胶二元共混体系内扩散行为研究,将Fick第二定律论引入到化学毒剂在丁基类橡胶二元共混体系内的扩散过程,构建一维非稳态扩散方程,并研究微观形态结构对扩散行为的影响规律,以期为未来隔绝式个体防护装备的选材设计提供必要的设计参数和理论依据 翻译:The elastic materials mainly used in Isolated Individual Protective Equipments (IIPE) such as mask, overgarment, gloves and footwear were butyl rubber. Its high resistance derives from the dense side methyl groups on the backbones which can prevent the thermal motion of other small molecules effectively. However, great internal friction originated from the dense side methyl groups will result to poor resilience, and finally affect the properties of IIPE. Resilience of butyl rubber can be improved by blending with other rubbers such as NR, Q, EPDM and BR which have low internal friction, unfortunately, these rubbers would decrease the resistance of the blend unavoidably due to they offered rather low resistances to the penetration of chemical warfare. Since the resistance was strongly depended on the diffusion behavior of chemical warfare inside the rubber, Fick’s second law would be applied in the diffusion of chemical warfare in the butyl rubber blend, and established one dimension unsteady diffusion model in this work. The influence of morphology on its diffusion behavior was also investigated.
