在炼焦中,煤中的大部分硫进入焦炭,而焦炭中的硫含量直接影响焦炭的质量,同时硫也是环境污染的主要来源,因此开发一种温和的脱硫工艺势在必行。
本文中以南钢高硫煤为原料,并对其预处理后进行坩埚焦实验。实验结果表明:不添加任何东西时,粒度为1mm的原料煤所得到的坩埚焦脱硫效果较好,脱硫率达到28.83%;以此为基础在煤中添加不同含量ZnO催化剂进行坩埚焦试验,脱硫不是很理想,但是所得焦炭的显微强度和结构强度都有很大提高;原料煤在微波强度为4档,照射15min的预处理后,得到的坩埚焦的脱硫效果较好,脱硫率达到45.41%,同时焦炭的显微强度和结构强度也有显著提高。
