摘要1 在炼焦中，煤中的大部分硫进入焦炭，而焦炭中的硫含量直接影响焦炭的质量，同时硫也是环境污染的主要来源，因此开发一种温和的脱硫工艺势在必行。 本文中以南钢高硫煤为原料，并对其预处理后进行坩埚焦实验。实验结果表明：不添加任何东西时，粒度为1mm的原料煤所得到的坩埚焦脱硫效果较好，脱硫率达到28.83%；以此为基础在煤中添加不同含量ZnO催化剂进行坩埚焦试验，脱硫不是很理想，但是所得焦炭的显微强度和结构强度都有很大提高；原料煤在微波强度为4档，照射15min的预处理后，得到的坩埚焦的脱硫效果较好，脱硫率达到45.41%，同时焦炭的显微强度和结构强度也有显著提高。 [ Last edited by mlahfd on 2008-6-11 at 09:11 ] |

This article main elaboration carries on the crucible burnt experiment under the dissimilar condition to the coal, the determination quite good desulphurization plan. In the article take Nanking Steel Works Gao Liumei as the experimental subject, carries on the analysis after the raw coal, in definite coal sulfur distributed form; After coal pretreatment carries on the crucible burnt experiment, the experimental result indicated: The different granularity's coal carries on the crucible burnt experiment to obtain when the granularity is 1mm the effect to be good; Increases the different content ZnO catalyst take this as the foundation in the coal to carry on the crucible burnt experiment, the desulphurization is not very ideal, but the obtained coke's micro intensity and the structural strength have the very big enhancement; Through to the coal microwave illumination different time and the different intensity, the crucible which obtains indicated burnt when shines 15min, the intensity is 4 the desulphurization effect is good, simultaneously the coke micro intensity and the structural strength also have the remarkable enhancement.
