Therefore, research on the formation of carbon and nitrogen bonds has significant meaning for guiding us to conduct pharmacological active natural products total synthesis and its structure modification and drug synthesis. There are a lot of methods for formation of carbon-nitrogen bonds. In this paper, based on the formation mechanism of C-N bonds of division, it was divided into five ways: electrophilic substitution reaction, nucleophilic substitution reaction, electrophilic addition, nucleophilic addition and reaction involving nitrene course. These methods¡¯ application in drug synthesis or fine chemical industry in recent years had also been cited.
