ubuntu安装do_dssp出错了，请问怎么办，谢谢

直接把dssp-2.0.4-linux-amd64文件拷贝到/usr/ocal/bin/dssp下，该目录下的dssp是新建的，运行do_dssp，系统给出的提示是Program do_dssp, VERSION 4.5.5 Source code file: /build/buildd/gromacs-4.5.5/src/gmxlib/gmxfio.c, line: 519 Can not open file: topol.tpr For more information and tips for troubleshooting, please check the GROMACS website at http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/Errors 请问该怎么处理，越详细越好，谢谢 |
