ÈçÏÂΪÉó¸åÈ˸øµÄÒâ¼û£º The use of any standard thermodynamic calculation software package would have given much more substance to this work. A very simple thermodynamic analysis shows that Na-Zr-Si-O phases such as Na2ZrSi2O7, Na2ZrSiO5, Na4Zr2Si3O12 etc are only thermodynamically stable when ratios of NaOH : ZrSiO4 are 2:1 or less. For 4:1, 6:1, etc these phases are not thermodynamically stable (at any level) over the temperature window of interest here, namely 600-1000 degC. At 4:1 and higher there are no stable Na-Zr-Si-O phases formed. All NaOH is consumed as product phases at 4:1. There are some 0.2 moles NaOH unreacted and residual at 6:1. A 8:1 there are 2 moles NaOH excess and the thermodynamically stable products are NaZrO3 and Na4SiO4 only between 400-900C.
