之前投了两个期刊分别是J Hazardous Materials 和 J Colloid and interface science, 结果都被拒了，应该是被编辑拒稿的，因为没有提任何意见只是说文章不适合他们期刊，让转投其他期刊。我现在想投Desalination，但是投稿过程中让回答“Is your article being considered, or has it been considered in the past for publication in any other journal? If so, please state the name of the journal."这样一个问题，我需要如实把前两个期刊写上吗？这样会对编辑造成不好的印象吗？
