了解我院重症监护病房医院感染细菌分布及耐药情况，以便指导临床诊断及合理用药。回顾性分析2007年6月到2007年12月，重症监护病房送检的1000份标本中的分离的1253株细菌菌株，分离出的菌株及其耐药结果分析。在半年内分离1253株细菌菌株，分离菌主要以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主（752株）60%，其中以假单胞菌最多（376株）30%，大肠埃希氏菌（88株）7%；真菌（338株）27%，其中以假丝酵母菌为主（301株）24%；革兰氏阳性球菌（63株）5%中以葡萄球菌为主（1254株）10%。体外药敏实验显示：分离菌大多数具有广泛耐药和多重耐药特性。该医院重症监护病房分离菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主，应密切监测细菌耐药特点和耐药趋势，严格控制和合理使用抗生素，避免医院感染爆发性流行。 [search]医学 翻译[/search] |
