催化剂循环使用实验具体怎么操作? A total of 0.10 mL of aqueous 4-NP solution (0.005 M) was mixed with 1.0 mL of fresh NaBH4 (0.2 M) solution. Subsequently, 1.0 mL of aqueous dispersion of the Fe3O4@SiO2- Au@mSiO2 microspheres (0.3 wt %) was added, and solution was quickly subjected to UV-vis measurements; To study the reusability of the magnetic catalysts, the used magnetic microspheres were separated from the solution with a magnet after the monitoring whole reduction process was com- pleted. The recycled magnetic microspheres were washed with ethanol 6 times and with deionized water 3 times. Similar to the above reduction process, the obtained magnetic microspheres were redispersed with 1.0 mL of deionized water and mixed with 0.1 mL of aqueous 4-NP solution (0.005 M) and 1.0 mL of fresh NaBH4 (0.2 M) solution. After reaction for 20 min, the solution was measured using UV-vis spectroscopy. 文献中一般都是这么做的,但是催化剂的量特别少,溶液的量相对较多,用磁铁分离难,这么少的量还要醇洗、水洗几次,催化剂损失严重,且易团聚失活。 请问大家具体怎么操作?催化剂的量大概控制在多少?水洗时加水量?水洗后重新分散要超声吗?超声多久?谢谢大家! |
