有木有投稿过letter in applied microbiology 杂志的大神 已有2人参与

| 这个杂志修会时说“In addition, to help in assessing the reviewing process, please indicate any changes in the revised manuscript by using the highlighter tool in Word to highlight the changes in yellow”，我是第一次投稿，老板说要用word的修订模式，不让用黄色标记，我就纠结了，到底用那种呢，请问您们透过这个杂志的当时是如何处理的？标记黄色还是用修订模式……谢谢了 |

大神，您能不能用英语试着帮我回答下这个审稿人的意见，模板也行，我英语不是很好，第一投稿不知道怎么回答，谢谢了& The manuscript is not suitable for publication in its current form. There are numerous of grammar errors and at several points the paper needs to be rewritten. I suggest to the authors to be helped by a native english speaker in order to improve the english language. The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. Furthermore, there are a lot of very important-relevant to the subject-missing references, especially in the subject of antibiofilm activity of natural constituents. In addition, some findings of the current study are on the contrary of the results of literature without any simple explanation or at least a discussion (e.g. Gram- bacteria less sensitive than Gram+, MIC of thymol is not so higher than MIC of antibiotics-in many cases thymol is much more effective and this happens to biofilms too, there are a lot of works with regards to the antibiofilm activity of essential oils very rich in thymol- no discussion at all). |
