感觉中文语句也不是很合适，改成这样是不是更好些：然后将样品加热，并用高氯酸滴定以消除氢氟酸，保护检测设备免受腐蚀，同时消化过程完成。待冷却至室温后，将样品溶液与5％的硝酸混合后放入50mL量瓶中用于测试，溶液体积根据加入5％的硝酸量确定。
