Micro-wells are produced by the SU8 adhesive with polysilicon substrate ,the size of each micro-wells is 1 mm × 1mm × 200um.. Micro-heater and temperature sensors embedded in the polysilicon substrate. Each row of the morphology of micro-heateare are the same ,but different row keeps different topography, the difference of heating performance in micro-heater of different morphology in the process of PCR amplification temperature cycle was studied. The microelectrode used for electro chemical detection was made at the top of polysilicon substrate ,with the exception of the first row maintained the same shape to study the performance of micro-heater, every other row microelectrodes all have changes, such as making working electrodes "Harp"-like, "comb"-like, changing the distance between the working electrode and the auxiliary electrodes,and changing the area of working electrode .so as to study the effects of the electrodes of some changes on the detection electrochemical of target DNA. |

What this article designs is one kind of new micro well array type PCR chip, this chip may complete the DNA sample to increase the process and to increase the product the electrochemistry examination process. The chip overall size for 1cm×1cm×1mm, its above has 5×5 the array to decline the well. The micro well manufactures take the polycrystalline silicon as the substrate by the SU8 rubber, each micro well size for 1mm×1mm×200um. The micro heater and the temperature micro sensor inlay on the polycrystalline silicon substrate. Each row of micro heater appearance is the same, but between the different platoon maintains the different appearance, by this research different appearance micro heater, in PCR increases in the temperature cycle process to heat up the performance the difference. Uses in the electrochemistry examination the micro electrode doing in the place above silicon covers, maintains besides the first row the same appearance studies the micro heater's performance, other each row of micro electrode has the change, if the working electrode will make “the harp” the shape, “the comb” the shape, between the change working electrode and auxiliary electrode's distance, the change working electrode's area, studies electrode's certain change factor by this to the goal DNA electrochemistry examination influence. |
