这个审稿意见是好还是坏？？ 如何回答审稿人的问题等？ 已有3人参与

投了一个小杂志，整整等了半年，终于等到了编辑部的回复，内容如下，大家帮我看下，希望大不大？？？ 此外回答审稿人提出的问题时，如何回答？ 是一问一答的形式？在上传修改稿是是不是单独创建一个word文件，对审稿人得问题进行解答？？此外如何在修改的文章中体现对审稿人得回答？？？ 屌丝博士人生第一篇小SCI，影响因子不高， 只求毕业，最后。谢谢大家了。 Dear Mr. Li: Your manuscript entitled "*****" which you submitted to “******”, has been reviewed.
