测量各组混合液的吸光度与相同条件下主体自身吸光度的差值∆A, 以∆A 对任一组分的摩尔分数作图, 可以得到
主-客体包结配位的化学计量比.
We measured the difference of absorbance(∆A) between all groups of mixed liquid and the subject itself under the same conditions , and ploted a figure of the function between the mole fraction of any component and the value of ∆A , thus obtained the stoichiometric ratio of coordination among subject and object .
