Job Profile 1. Job Title (internal) Technical Sales Manager- Pig farm 2. Job Title (external) Technical Sales Manager 3. Hierarchy level Associate Senior, Specialist, Specialist senior 4. Processes S+M 5. Reporting line (supervisor) Jim HE 6. Location CN 7. Main Responsibilities and Tasks : + Technical service to customers & key accounts + Continued development of strong customer relationships + Provide solutions to customer requests +Market intelligence including market, product and competitor analysis + Act as expert and support animal business species business to achieve regional goals + Organization of commercial & field trials + Provide technical information to end user + Define and describe customer needs and inform CCs + Networking within the industry 8. Educational Experience : + animal nutritionist degree (experience in pathology) or veterinarian (with strong nutrional skills) + practical experience in the industry + English language skills + Additional language is an advantage 9. Other Qualifications Needed : + Good communciation skills + Team player + Ability to deal with cross-functional and intercultural teams 10. Professional Experience Needed : At least 5-7years relevant experiences 11. Management/Process Reportings Required Jim HE 12. Job specific database access: CRM , Technical product information 13. Contribution to Success/KPIs: Sales Customer Satisfaction |
