International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology 编辑给发的邮件，请高手看看这是什么意思？不会是不给我见刊了吧？有检索号吗？

I’m pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been selected to be part of a special thematic issue on Ferroelectric Ceramics, which will appear online at the end of February. The manuscripts in this issue were chosen to highlight this crucial area, and also to showcase the interesting work in this field that is featured in the International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology. As part of this issue, your manuscript will appear online only, and will additionally be open
access for free for the next year, which might broaden the readership of your article. We thank you again for your contribution to the journal, and we hope you are as excited as we are about this special issue.

不知道Sci和国内杂志有什么区别。但编辑说这一刊没纸质版只在线发表，应该和正刊是不一样的。
