Red oil O is a good way to verify the detection of BAT, which is worth being studied. Corresponding experiment is undergoing now and  related results are hopefully being published in future papers.In addtion, this paper focuses on getting the fat proportion in the liver via CT test and all the data in this section  strongly support our aiming result and have been proved in CT test,etc. Meanwhile the BAT results are only of minor effect in this paper and my expectations can be met without CT results. In conclusion, BAT is being studied in-depth in another experiment, I will take into serious consideration of your suggestions of Red oil O. Thank you very much.

Red oil O is a good method for detecting BAT，which is worthy to be studied.We are also studying it in other experiments,hoping to publish relevant results in the paper to be published in the future.In addition,we want to acquire the fat ratio in the liver via the CT method and verify the NALFD in our experiment,which are enough to support the results we want. The BAT is the secondary important result in this paper.
