求助Journal of Luminescence杂志投稿及技术检查

一篇文章第一次投Journal of Luminescence，几天就给拒回来了，说是技术检查之类的不过关，稿件的状态是拒稿。。老师不甘心，修改了格式，参考文献之类的重新投，又是同样的情况，第三次老师按照一篇发表的样本修改了格式，还是一样，回信一个单词都不查。。求帮助啊。。这是为什么啊？哪个地方没弄明白呢？稿已经拒了3次了。。。原因没找到。。请求各位大神帮帮忙。。。。 附信： Thank you for submitting the above manuscript for publication in this Journal.
