奇葩的metallurgical and materials transactions b 已有2人参与

实在忍不住了,把最近一篇在MMTB上投稿情况说一说: 首先介绍下MMTB,MMTB在冶金界是很受推崇的一份期刊(虽然影响因子不高),投稿情况如下: 1)大概是2个月前投稿; 2)12.12回复,意见是: December 12, 2014:> > Dear Dr. Li, > I am sorry to report that, after an exhaustive search for a key reader, this paper does not fit within our scope. I sincerely hope that these comments will be useful to you and that you.will not hesitate to submit other manuscripts to us in the future. Sincerely yours, Richard J. Fruehan Editor Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B 3)我与当天下午写了封回信: Dear Richard: I was very surprised by your decision. In the MMTB, a considerable amount of papers about our relative work have been reported in the past few years. Our manuscript quotes a lot of relative literatures of MMTB which published in the last ten years. If you reject our manuscript, peer reviews should be provided, we want to hear valuable comments from scientists. Could you give us the comments from the key reader? Sinerecly! Dora Moscatello,Production Editor Metallurgical and Materials Transactions 如果稍微用心找下,在这个领域至少能找出5~10位专家,Leeds大学近几年做了多项这方面的研究,Production Editor,Editor等人太不负责任,太不认真工作了!通过我们投稿情况发现,该期刊工作人员目前的工作状态实在另人堪忧. |
