外导问的啥意思呢，求分析？ 已有1人参与

我给外导发了一个邀请信模板，内容如下： It is my pleasure to invite you, as an postdoctoral fellow, to visit our School and join my research team to carry out your independent research for 24 months, i.e. between February 1st, 2016 and January 31st, 2018. Based on our communications, I am confirming that your English level is good and satisfies the requirement of our effective communication and discussion during your visit. I understood your research is focused on *****. I am currently working in the area of ******. During your visit, you can continue your independent research in your field. At the same time, we can exchange some ideas and find some common interesting topics. I understood your visit will be financially sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. Our school will provide you with a desk and office space. You may access **** equipment in our laboratory during your visit. 外导发了回复的邮件，内容如下： another question: the invitation letter asks for you to respond by a certain date (12th of January 2015) - it may make sense to have a much later date there, because you'd first need to have confirmation about the scholarship. We could put in, e.g., 1st of July 2015, or so? When would you know about the scholarship? 咱没有怎么看懂，请大审帮忙解释一下。谢谢！ |

外导可能了解CSC评选过程的的一些时间节点。 这个意思应该是说，CSC的资助应该不会一月份就下来，因此问你需不需要将邀请函上的开始时间调整到 1st of July 2015，到那个时候，CSC的评选才出结果，你才能确定有没有收到资助，以及开始办理相关手续等等。 |
