[交流] 小试管中培养晶体?(交流有奖20个金币)

各位做晶体的虫子,请问有在小试管中培养晶体的没有,我的样品较少,所以用的溶剂特别少,想在小试管中培养,又担心试管底部是圆的,析出晶体的不规则!

As a typical preparation procedure, a mixture of
Dy(NO3)?nH2O (40 mg, 0.05 mmol) and H3BTC (10 mg,
0.05 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (10 mL) and ethanol (2 mL)
at room temperature. Two drops of dibutylamine was added to the
mixture, and then a small amount of 6 M HNO3 was added until
the mixture became clear. The mixture in a 50-mL beaker was left
undisturbed at 60 uC for 7 days to give colorless crystals in 76%
yield (based on H3BTC). The compound was stable in air,
insoluble in water and common organic solvents.

你可以试试  溶剂扩散法,这样长出来的晶体就在两溶剂界面之间了。

但是这样溶剂体系不好选择呀,请问常用的体系有哪些?
