¸Úλ½ÇÉ« PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Call center operator is mainly responsible for picking up, recording, transferring medical inquires through call center. ¸ÚλְÔð KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Functional Tasks 1. Receive daily inquiries from Customer Call Center. 2.Identify inquiries received and transfer to related departments/functions or special staffs to be handled as specified in this SOP. ---When inquires focus on medical issues, transfer to Medical Information Specialist. ---When inquires related to Quality Assurance , transfer to QA personal. ---If the inquiry include Drug safety events, report to DS personal according to SOP. 3. Record all inquiries into the 400 Med database in a timely manner. 4. Summary and report the monthly summary of the inquiries. ÈÎÖ°×ʸñµÄ¾ßÌåÃèÊö£ºEDUCATION/LANGUAGES Medical/pharmaceutical education and working experiences is preferred. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS Professional knowledge on clinical medicine and pharmaceutical Ability to good communication with people. Excellent time management skills. Good Office skills. Proficient with MS marketed products.
