Dear XXX, Many thanks for your email and your interest in studying at the University of XXX. What I would suggest you do is spend a little more time on your research proposal - I’m attaching a guidance sheet for writing a proposal. Then have a look at the application procedures - the application process itself begins here(有一个链接). The current tuition can be found at this page（链接）, and it includes a link to information about funding. Unfortunately, there isn’t much funding, at present, though it is worth looking at what may be available if you make your application for the following year. Please keep in mind the time it takes to obtain a student visa (3 months minimum unless you already have UK or EU citizenship or residency), but that it is possible to begin a PhD at any time of year.
