请教真菌新种鉴定需要的实验及适合发表的期刊 已有1人参与

想确定一食用菌的分类地位，目前已做核糖体大亚基（nrDNA-LSU）D1-D2区段序列测定，比对结果与拟蜡伞属一菌株的同源性93%，请教进一步需要做哪些实验，有哪些适合的期刊文章可参考？ 微生物多相分类鉴定的生理生化、化学分类等等实验，似乎只是适合于细菌，真菌除形态和分子鉴定外还需要做什么工作？谢谢！ |
