| Abstract Objective: This study materials for the Apple Sanmenxia in Henan Province to explore different treatment methods and time of pomace in the polyphenol content of Apple, with a view to the long-term storage of apple pomace elect better way. Method: pomace of different temperature and bake time with silage and then microwave extraction and Flynn - was measured phenol in the pomace of the contents.
