摘 要 目的:本研究以河南三门峡苹果为材料,探讨不同处理的方法及时间对苹果渣中苹果多酚含量的影响,以期为对苹果渣的长期储存选出较佳的方法。方法:对苹果渣采用不同的温度烘不同时间和用青贮处理,然后采用微波提取和福林-酚法测苹果渣中总酚的含量。结果:发现苹果渣用青贮的方法处理后苹果多酚的含量较高。结论:苹果渣的长期储存用青贮的方法较好。 [search]翻译[/search] |

| Abstract Objective: This study materials for the Apple Sanmenxia in Henan Province to explore different treatment methods and time of pomace in the polyphenol content of Apple, with a view to the long-term storage of apple pomace elect better way. Method: pomace of different temperature and bake time with silage and then microwave extraction and Flynn - was measured phenol in the pomace of the contents. Results: pomace used silage after Apple's approach to a higher polyphenol content. Conclusion: The pomace the long-term storage of silage with a better way. |
