求解几个单词，看文献看不懂，跪求

文献是讲转基因小鼠模型，里面有一段话“In brief, genetically humanized mouse models can be generated by randomly inserting a human expression vector into the mouse genome, by introducing a freely segregating mouse or human artificial chromosome (MAC or HAC) or by a targeted integration at a predefined position. these approaches can be combined either with or without a deletion of the corresonding murine gene(s). expression of the human transgene can be driven off a heterologous promoter, the corresponding mouse promoter or the congnate human promoter." 想问下heterologous promoter, the corresponding mouse promoter or the congnate human promoter三个分别指的什么意思。没有基础，希望能讲的简单点，不用高深的，科普性质的就行了，谢谢。 |
