摘要:通过索氏提取法从香菜籽中提取天然绿色缓蚀剂,采用静态失重法和电化学测试法研究了香菜籽提取物(OSLE)在盐酸介质中对锌的缓蚀性能,并详细讨论了缓蚀剂浓度、腐蚀浸泡时间和温度对缓蚀率的影响规律。结果表明,该缓蚀剂对锌具有良好的缓蚀作用,最大缓蚀率达,且在锌表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,电化学阻抗谱表明缓蚀剂在锌表面发生吸附后使电荷传递明显抑制,OSLE为混合抑制型缓蚀剂。

Abstract: The natural-green corrosion inhibitor is extracted from cilantro seeds through Soxhlet Extraction, and its inhibition performance on Zn in hydrochloric acid solution is evaluated by a static gravimetric method and electrochemical method. Together with the detailed discussion on inhibitor concentration, corrosive immersion time and temperature effects of inhibitive efficiency, we conclude that this corrosion inhibitor performs good on Zn. The maximum inhibitive efficiency reached     and the surface adsorption of Zn conforms to Langmuir Adsorption Isotherm. The EIS shows that there’s an obvious inhibition of charge transfer after the performance of  surface adsorption of Zn. Comprehensively, OSLE is a kind of mixed-inhibiting corrosion inhibitor.
