All rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=18). Pretreatment group(group P): mSNA (modified spinal never ligation) rats were gavaged with minocycline (3mg/100g) through mouth one hour before mSNA rats perparation . Control group(group C): mSNA rats were gavaged with equivalent saline through mouth one hour before mSNA rats perparation . Sham group(group S): the rats were exposed the right L4、L5 spinal never but not ligated, gavaged with equivalent saline through mouth one hour before animal preparation.
