All rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=18). Pretreatment group(group P): mSNA (modified spinal never ligation) rats were gavaged with minocycline (3mg/100g) through mouth one hour before mSNA rats perparation . Control group(group C): mSNA rats were gavaged with equivalent saline through mouth one hour before mSNA rats perparation .
